the hotel is in a great location. terminal 21 shopping mall is a short walk. getting around is easy with baht buses nearby. the area is quiet during the night, which i appreciated.

I noticed a slight odor in the corridor on my floor. It was brief though.

My interaction with Odie was excellent as he promptly fulfilled my request for a walk-in shower room to accommodate my husband's disability. The breakfast offered delicious vegan-friendly options. The hotel's immediate proximity to Terminal 21 is very convenient.

I noticed the absence of basic amenities such as dental kits. The bathrooms are small. Some towels showed wear, including torn edges.
